Lymphatic massage is a gentle superficial therapeutic massage that affects the skin and subcutaneous tissues to stimulate the lymphatic circulation and remove residues. The massage is performed with light, spiral, pumping techniques. Lymphatic massage speeds up metabolism, strengthens the immune system, relaxes, relieves muscle tension, circulatory disorders, prevents the development of cellulite and has a good effect in case of metabolic problems.
Lymphatic massage is effective and promotes healing after surgical procedures in which the lymphatics have been cut, as well as to reduce swelling after trauma.
